Returns and Refunds
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for a refund within 15 days from the date of shipment.
The right of withdrawal, returns and refunds do not apply to users who have purchased as resellers.
To request a return authorization, the customer must send a request to email@example.com within 15 days of placing the order. The codes of the items to be returned and the type of compensation must be specified in the email: product exchange or refund for return.
Once the return request has been received, BP RETAIL SARL will send the customer a written confirmation via email, containing the return number.
The customer can then proceed with sending the product to our dedicated warehouse:

Once received the item to be refunded BP RETAIL SARL proceed with the refund, the maximum credit time is approximately 10 days from the date of actual return of the product to the dedicated deposit.
Orders paid with PayPal / Sogecommerce (Banca general society) or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original departure account.
For orders paid on delivery, it will be the customer's responsibility to indicate the bank details for re-credit.
The returned product must be returned within 15 days of receiving the email containing the return number.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The returned products must be returned intact and have the external protective film, the label must not have been removed and can be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
The products cannot be exchanged for items (taste, packaging ...)
In cases where the customer receives products other than those ordered or declared defective, BP RETAIL SARL may request photographic proof.
BP RETAIL SARL will not accept unauthorized returns.
BP RETAIL SARL will not accept returned goods that do not fully comply with the conditions described above. The goods will then be returned to the sender.
